Our Approach
Working with main contractor Winvic, Astraseal had the pleasure of providing a complete glazing and door solution for this brand new multi-storey development.
Aubrey Place in central Milton Keynes compromises of 294 private rental apartments, an undercroft car park and cycle store as well as communal areas including a rooftop garden, and several green roof terraces.
The design has ensured that the complex is aesthetically prominent, with a classic brick façade providing a contrast to the surrounding fully glazed and panelled buildings.
We utilised a number of different uPVC and aluminium systems, each system chosen to meet the requirements and demands of the project.
